There is no doubt that if you want to increase your earnings and grow your network, RECRUITING is what you need to focus on, DAILY. Recruiting is easy, if you set your mind to it and if you practice, practice, practice to build your confidence. Good Product knowledge is also very important as people will trust you, when they can see that you know your product. Very often people are scared of recruiting, because they fear getting a negative response. Even if you approach 10 people and only 1 says yes, you are already progressing and winning. Forget the NO’s and rather focus on the YES’s. There are endless recruiting opportunities around us. All you need to do is, to talk to everyone that you come in contact with, every day: Whilst travelling in the taxi or bus,At the petrol station,At Church, When fetching your kids from school, When doing your shopping, At the clinic or doctor’s rooms, At the hairdresser, At the Club But there are also other methods that you can use to recruit people. For example – set up a RECRUITING TABLE at a Shopping Centre or Mall, at a School fete, Church gathering, Club or Sports field. Make sure that your Recruiting Table looks professional and that you have a small Product display and enough print material with you (Catalogues, Registration Forms, pens, promotional flyers, booklets, etc).
