Dare to be different!
Dogged determination is not mere stubbornness. It is, rather the application of sustained effort, controlled attention and concentrated energy. It is the refusal to be dissuaded, side-tracked or steered off course.

Respitron Syrup
Get Ready for Winter!
Respitron syrup contains a number of micronutrients to maximize the body’s respiratory defense mechanisms. Airborne pollution, poor dietary practices and smoky environments all play an active role in creating respiratory system disturbances.
Hay-fever, nasal congestion and sneezing are symptoms of the most common form of allergies in South Africa, with as many as 1 in 10 people affected. Allergies occur because there is an exaggerated response by a person’s immune system to a substance (allergen) that is not normally harmful e.g. pollen, dust, animal hair etc. It is amazing that the body sometimes actually responds incorrectly and then causes extreme discomfort when it is normally an efficient fighting machine!
What does this Respitron Syrup contain?
Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 , Pantothenic acid, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Betacarotene, Methyl Sulphonyl Methane, Bromelain, Histidine, Tyrosine, Chickweed, Licorice root, Echinacea, Quercetin, Garlic, Drosera, Hydrastis, Honey.
Why does it help with Respiratory problems?
• Garlic and Quercetin increase the immunity especially against respiratory disturbances of bacterial or viral origin.
• Hydrastis is excellent for catarrh whether of the throat, nose or bronchial passages.
• Licorice is helpful in alleviating ailments such as sore chest, sore throat and coughs.
• MSM fortifies the body’s natural barriers against allergens like pollen and food. It also has anti-inflammatory properties.
Why does the colour of Respitron Syrup sometimes vary?
Respitron does not contain any artificial colourants; in fact the orange colour comes from the ingredient betacarotene, which is a powerful antioxidant that the body converts into vitamin A. The natural colour of honey varies, depending on where it is harvested as well as the season. Respitron Syrup contains honey which explains why there is a variation in colour of the product from time to time, depending on the season and source of honey.
Who should use Respitron Syrup?
Babies: 1-2 ml per day
1-3 years: 2,5 ml once or twice a day
3-6 years: 5 ml once or twice a day
6-12 years: 5 ml twice a day
Adults: 5 ml twice a day

Sense Sational Fragrances
“There’s a story behind everything..but behind all your stories is always your mother's story..because hers is where yours begins.”
Mitch Albom, For One More Day
Yes, this coming Sunday is Mother’s Day and it is wonderful to be able to celebrate with this very special person in all of our lives. Now, Sportron has a choice of special fragrances to suit all mothers, so why not spoil your mom with a brand new fragrance this Mother’s Day?
About Fragrances:
Fragrances come in different concentrations, depending on the concentration of the fragrance essence used in the alcohol-water mix. Sportron fragrances are Eau de Parfums, which means that the concentration of the fragrance essence is 10-20%. A perfumer is like a musician and he or she can create the smell they imagine by adding ingredients step by step until the desired composition is achieved. The top notes of any fragrance make up the first emotion of the fragrance, the middle notes are the fragrance signature and the base notes provide the fragrance memory.
Kissed by Sportron is a floral fruity Eau de Parfum that was designed for the woman who is joyful and romantic. It enhances femininity, beauty and radiance.
Top notes are lemon, lime and tagete.
Middle notes are apple, raspberry and peony.
Base notes are vanilla, musk and sandalwood.
Twilight by Sportron is a mysterious, impulsive and irresistible Eau de Parfum specially designed for the aspiring, self-confident woman who believes in a long lasting effect – in both personality and fragrance!
Top notes consist of freesia and orange blossom.
Middle notes are peach and iris.
Base notes are moss and patchouli.
Sensibility by Sportron is a very feminine Eau de Parfum and was designed with the elegant glamorous and luxurious woman in mind. It will captivate the affection and tenderness found in every woman.
Top notes are muguet, rose and jasmine.
Middle notes are orange flower, ylang-ylang and lily.
Base notes are sweet honey and wood.
Sensuous by Sportron is an unashamedly seductive Eau de Parfum to delight the confident irresistible woman.
Top notes are plum peach and apple

Principles of Success
Enthusiasm
Enthusiasm is the companion of success in every achievement, every worthwhile venture, every upward step in human process since time began. Enthusiasm is like the glowing embers of a fire. Blow these embers gently and soon you will have a roaring fire.
Enthusiasm is a magnet that draws others to you and electrifies them with positive thinking.
Positive Mental Attitude
Success begins as an attitude before it becomes an actuality. The awesome power of a positive attitude can never be overestimated. Feed your subconscious mind regularly with positive affirmations and conversations with positive people. Stay away from negative people!
When you change yoru thinking, you change your beliefs, when you change your beliefs, you change your expectations, when you change your expectations, your change your attitude, when you change yoru attitude, you change your behaviours, when you change yoru behaviours, you change your performance, when you change your performance YOU CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
Goal Setting
What do you REALLY want? With goal setting you are able to focus all your strengths of your primary purpose you choose for your life. Definite plans produce definite results. Plan your work and then work your plan: hour by hour, day by day, week by week, month by month.
Personal Motivation and Leadership
This must come from the inside out. You cannot wait for someone to push you; you must motivate yourself through goal setting. All people yearn to become more than what they are. They look to leaders for qualities they desire in their own lives.
Successful leaders refuse to sit back passively and leave their future to chance or the choices of others. Dare to make your own decisions and to direct your own course toward success.
True leaders resist the temptation to do everything for their team. Guide them constantly to be accountable and to take full responsibility for their own successes and failures.
Desire
The degree of success you achieve depends on the amount of desire you possess. For all successful people, intense, burning desire is habit, a way of life, and a deliberate course of action. How much do you desire your goals and dreams to be fulfilled?
Visualisation and affirmations
You will experience the positive power of affirmation when you write down everything you want to be, do, have and experience. Read and repeat (affirm) it out loud every day at least four times. Through visualisation you create vivid mental pictures of your positive desires. Scientific studies show that your brain cannot differentiate between an ‘actual’ experience in real life and an ‘artificial’ or simulated experience imagined vividly and in every detail.
Visualisation allows you to experience the future now. As a result, you know how to make that future come true. You find yourself being irresistibly drawn toward that vision. Visualise yourself at the top!
Self-Image
Educator Prescott Lecky and other researchers have found that a person’s self-image is a more accurate predictor of performance than IQ. The self-image sets boundaries of individual accomplishments. It defines what you can and cannot be.
You must accept full responsibility for self-image you now possess. By expanding your self-image, you expand the area of the possible. Start to accept yourself as wonderful, unique human being. Self-acceptance is the basis for self-improvement.
Rise above Mediocrity
Show me someone who never makes mistakes, who never ventures anything, who always plays it safe… and I will show you a person who is going nowhere fast. Stretch your mind. Pursue unfamiliar, intriguing possibilities and explore your promising, untapped potential. Whenever you try something new or difficult, you grow
Celebrate your progress!
Review (even your smallest) accomplishments frequently. By doing this you will gain added personal motivation and a strong sense of self-confidence in your ability to succeed.
